ROLE
As a Field Operations Labourer, you’ll be part of our front-line crew supporting field operations on client-driven projects. This is hands-on, physical work done in real-world conditions—industrial sites, remote locations, and challenging environments. You’ll work closely with operators and supervisors to get the job done safely, efficiently, and right the first time. This role is about reliability, awareness, teamwork, and pride in doing quality work.

RESPONSIBILITIES
Work safely assisting Operators on industrial, commercial, and remote job sites by performing directed duties such as shoveling, lifting/heavy lifting (within MOL Standards), and project related duties.
Safe operation and handling of any NPS vehicles (G Class), trailers, heavy equipment (if OHS Guidelines are met), tools, and equipment with care and attention.
Participate in yard and shop maintenance tasks such as cleaning and maintenance.
Set up, support, and tear down work areas safely and efficiently.
Follow all company safety procedures, site rules, and job-specific requirements.
Maintain constant communication with operators and crew members (written and spoken English) via text, chat, email, and voice call.
Identify hazards and speak up—safety is everyone’s responsibility
Represent NPS professionally with clients and site contacts
Support the team wherever needed to keep work moving forward safely
REQUIREMENTS
Must provide a drivers abstract for a valid G Class License (MVR) , criminal background check, participate in a drug/alcohol test & fit tested for a mask, and provide basic personal protective equipment.
Fit and able to work outdoors in varying weather conditions, indoors, and comfortable in industrial environments.
Strong work ethic and willingness to do physical, hands-on labour who is reliable, punctual, and able to work as part of a tight-knit crew
Ability to follow direction, procedures, and safety protocols
Good communication skills and situational awareness
Above all: fit matters. We can teach skills. We can’t teach attitude.
